LUTSBOX is operated by AKALAY LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. These Terms govern your use of lutsbox.com and purchases made through the store.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LICENSE
LUTSBOX sells digital LUTs, color-grading assets, overlays, transitions, titles, and related creative tools. After successful payment, eligible files are delivered digitally through the order confirmation or download email. No physical product is shipped.
Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase gives the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in their own photo and video projects, including client work. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, or make the original files available to others.
ORDERS, PRICES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise. We may update product availability, pricing, or promotions at any time. Payment must be successfully processed before digital delivery.
REFUNDS
Digital-product purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it before placing an order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All LUTSBOX products, branding, images, website content, and downloadable files are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LUTSBOX provides its products as digital creative tools. To the maximum extent allowed by law, LUTSBOX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the store or products.
